Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, go to your dashboard → Booking History → select the booking → Cancel Booking. You can also contact support for assistance.
2. Cancellation Windows
| Time Before Booking | Refund Amount |
|---|---|
| More than 2 hours | 100% refund |
| 30 minutes – 2 hours | 50% refund |
| Less than 30 minutes | No refund |
| After session starts | No refund |
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly parking passes can be cancelled with 7 days notice. A pro-rated refund for unused days will be issued to your wallet.
4. Subscription Plans
Parkyng membership plans may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
